We will continue monitoring and investigating cheating and other inappropriate behavior in Happy Wars.
Additionally, we are investigating all banned players to ensure that no one was banned unfairly.
So far, we have not found any such cases. If you believe that you were unjustifiably banned, please contact us here.
No player has been banned for purchasing tickets from Microsoft’s website, regardless of the price paid for those tickets. All banned players were found to have participated in inappropriate behavior from on or before April 10th, 2017.
